A word from Kim:

 

‘3 Swims and a Bike Ride’. I am taking on this challenge to raise money for both Hopton Rehab and Homing Centre and Mountain Rescue England and Wales. Along with my husband, I will be taking on a 1-kilometre swim in each of the UK’s 3 highest lakes (Loch Etchachan in the Cairngorms, Red Tarn in the Lake District and Llyn Llyffant in Snowdonia). We will be cycling the 550 miles between the lakes and hiking to each one from the nearest road.
